If you cock your head a little to the left you will see that a tab on the reservoir lines up with the extended bolt. That is the indicator for the reservoir flow control. Fully off is another 20 degrees counter-clockwise, so it is barely on. This is the problem I came on with the Elefant. There is too much of a gravity head due to the length of feed tube needed to mount the reservoir with the touring reservoir.
