This is a shot of the mounting system that came loose the first time I rode the bike. Although I thought there was plenty of clearance, there wasn't and the vibration backed the nut off the bolt and the entire thing came loose, dangling along. If it had gotten into the chain/sprocket I probably would have gone down.
