A friend got a used Beemer K75 windscreen and put it on his bike. I got one too ($15) and modded it to fit my bike. I mounted mine inside the fairing and made it as high as I could. After I was happy with the mounting I bought a new screen, used the original used one as a template and this is the result. I added Saeng edging to the screen and ran it down the fairing a bit. I had to add a small extra strip at the top as the bend of the screen did not present the airfoil to the wind properly. To get the screen to work, I had to heat it with a heat gun and bend it back slightly to fit inside the fairing. I used the used screen as a template to get the bends right. Too much heat and you get bubbles in the bends etc.
